Having this knowledge before you make the listing gives you a chance to have issues corrected and to communicate accurately with prospective buyers so that negotiations can proceed much more smoothly.

RE-INSPECTIONS

This inspection service is a follow-up to a general home inspection that resulted in the discovery of safety concerns, material defects, or other issues that the seller agreed to have addressed before the sale of the home is final. Once you’ve been notified that those issues have been taken care of, we’ll return to the property to confirm—looking back over the components in question to ensure that no additional work is needed

RADON TESTING

When levels of radon exceed a safe threshold in a home, it can be a big deal for residents. Radon is a naturally occurring gas that sometimes enters home through structural cracks and gaps, and it’s a gas that is completely odorless and invisible. Due to radon’s carcinogenic properties, it’s important to have a home tested before you buy to ensure that the radon levels are low or non-existent.
