Prior to the builder’s final walkthrough of a recently constructed home, we can provide a professional third-party inspection to make sure that the home is ready for final closing. We’ll inspect most readily accessible areas, looking carefully for any defects that you as a buyer need to know about so that you can request for repairs or other changes before agreeing to the terms of purchase.
